Ryan has been involved in the construction industry his entire life, beginning as a young man working with his grandfather Walter Schleiss. Walter was well known in Durham for his superbly built houses, with dedication and honesty surpassed by few. Ryan has taken these strong ethics to heart and applied them to his career. He spent seven years in the Engineering industry before making the shift to Builder/Developer, which gave him a strong technical background of everything required in a project before a shovel touches the ground. Ryan is a very hands on builder, and is on site every day to ensure the highest standards are met or exceeded. He has a passion for building, and an attention to detail that results in the highest quality.
